Flushed with the success of its purchase of Port-a-loo Auckland this year, Hirepool says it has cleaned up the North Island portable toilet market with the purchase of Port-a-loo Wellington.
Managing director Tenby Powell said the purchase would give his company "uncontested dominance in this niche of the rental equipment market from Auckland to Wellington, and most centres in between".
He said the portable sanitation market was estimated to be worth $20 million a year and was growing strongly.
