Amcor buys into NZ

Global packaging company Amcor is to buy the private Auckland firm Flexoprint & Packaging for an undisclosed sum.

Amcor, the largest packaging company in Australasia, will run Flexoprint as a standalone business, which will continue to supply its existing customers as well as Amcor's New Zealand customers, currently supplied from Australia.

Flexoprint produces printed and laminated flexible packaging. Its customers include Griffins, Tip Top, Goodman Fielder and Nestle.
