There have been wholesale changes to the Chiefs side for Friday night's Super Rugby match against the Hurricanes in Wellington.
Co-captain Craig Clarke returns at lock after being a late withdrawal from last week's match against the Crusaders, while there are a further four changes in the forwards.
Prop Toby Smith, hooker Hika Elliot and loose forwards Tanerau Latimer and Kane Thompson also come into the pack.
In the backs, Lelia Masaga is back on the right wing and Jackson Willison returns at centre.
Andrew Horrell moves to fullback and Robbie Robinson switches to the wing.
