A former Parliamentary Press Gallery treasurer, Ian Llewellyn, has been remanded for three weeks on fraud counts.
The 47-year-old Raumati man, who appeared before the registrar at Wellington District Court today, has yet to plead.
The ex-NZ Press Association political reporter faces three charges of dishonestly using documents - a bank card and a cheque book - for his own gain between 2002 and 2010.
Llewellyn stood down as treasurer early last year when money was found to be missing from Press Gallery accounts.
