Full solar eclipse shadows it's path coast to coast across North America for the first time since 1918

Donald Trump was one of the major talking points on social media as millions across America watched a total solar eclipse.
The US president was mocked online for appearing to look directly into the sun - despite warnings it could damage your eyes.
"I like how everyonethinks Trump will eye damage from staring into the eclipse when staring directly at Steve Bannon for 2 years did nothing," joked one.
