A young woman who took part in a TV reality show about modern families living as 19th century settlers in Australia has been found dead two weeks before the show is to air.
South Yorkshire Police said there appeared to be no suspicious circumstances in the death of Carina Stephenson, 17,
from Branton, near Doncaster in northern England.
She spent four months last year filming The Colony in Australia for Sky Television's History Channel with her parents, John and Liz, and her younger brother.
The programme focuses on how modern families would cope with the rudimentary equipment available to British and Irish settlers in the wilds of Australia in the 19th Century. Families wore 19th-Century clothing and used the tools of the time.
