Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was seen horseback riding with his daughter Princess Beatrice outside Windsor Castle in a rare show of support as he awaits eviction.
Photographs obtained by the Sun show the former Prince, 65, riding a brown horse ahead of Beatrice, 37, and granddaughter Sienna Mapelli Mozzie, 4, whose whitepony was being led by a groom.
The outlet reported the trio rode around Home Park for 45 minutes at the weekend.
Beatrice wore a black puffer jacket over blue jeans and green gumboots, while Sienna was dressed in a peach-coloured puffer coat.
It is also understood Beatrice had been spending time with her father at his Royal Lodge residence, which he will leave in a few weeks.
This weekend’s equestrian outing follows reports that Beatrice and her sister, Princess Eugenie, snubbed their father at Christmas, opting to spend the holiday with King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William and family at Sandringham instead.
Sources say Eugenie and Beatrice have remained close to their father since the Epstein scandal.
According to Hello! Magazine, the sisters have remained in close contact with their father, contrary to reports.
“Andrew has stopped getting newspapers or reading anything. He’s in his own bubble. The girls do see him,” a source told the outlet, adding, “Sarah [Ferguson] is still very upset at everything that has happened.”
In October, King Charles stripped his disgraced brother of all his titles and privileges, and ordered he surrender the lease to Royal Lodge after mounting criticism of his relationship to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, People reported.
Despite last year’s announcement that Andrew’s titles would be removed, a royal expert recently spoke out saying the move was invalid, the Express reported.
“It’s quite clear that Andrew’s removal from the Roll was done to deceive and bamboozle the public into thinking that the King’s brother is no longer Baron Killyleagh, Earl of Inverness or Duke of York,” said leading authority on the British peerage, Michael Rhodes.
“In fact, he is and will be until his death – or until an Act of Parliament is brought before Parliament,” Rhodes said.

Andrew is expected to move to Marsh Farm, a small, private residence on the King’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk, next month.
The Sun reported Andrew stopped by Marsh Farm last week to inspect ongoing renovations before his move.
He will stay at a cottage at the nearby Wood Farm until renovations are completed.
Andrew will turn 66 next month.
