Sir Mick Jagger’s family are searching for his granddaughter’s partner, who has gone missing in Cornwall.
Police are growing increasingly concerned about the safety of Alexander Key, 37, who was last seen near a pub in Boscastle at around 2.20pm on Friday.
Key, a chef who has two children withAssisi Jackson, 33, was reported missing to police on Saturday evening, prompting a public appeal for information.
Jagger’s 54-year-old daughter Jade, who is Jackson’s mother, shared the appeal with her 80,000 Instagram followers, with pictures showing Key wearing a bright orange jumper.
Police said Key was of medium build, had bright peroxide blond hair and usually wore bright clothing. Officers urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said: “Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 37-year-old man who has been reported missing from the Boscastle area.
“If you have seen Alexander, or know of his whereabouts, please call police immediately on 999, quoting log number 847 24th Jan.”
Assisi is the eldest grandchild of the 82-year-old Rolling Stones singer, and the eldest daughter of Jade and her former partner, Piers Jackson.
