The video shows Tostee walking to the entrance of the Southport Magistrates Court, where a group of media are waiting.
"This is what you don't see - what it is like to be on the other side of the headlines, the photos, and the TV screen," he wrote alongside the video.
"I am pleased that the unsubstantiated charges against me of public nuisance and obstruct/assault police were, sensibly, dismissed today," he added.
Tostee is no stranger to the police and courts.
In February last year Tostee was jailed for 10 months after he led police on a high-speed pursuit.
He was on bail for Ms Wright's alleged murder at the time.
He served six months of the sentence and was released.
