This is the moment bird-brained pigeons met a grizzly end - after being sucked into a bakery mill in Russia.

Footage shows the birds flying down for a free meal in the city of Kazan in Russia's Republic of Tatarstan.

But unable to resist pecking away at the food, they are gradually sucked into a mill one by one.

Video shows them disappearing beneath the surface of the grain - only for more pigeons to take their place and suffer the same fate.
