Overlooking the city which never sleeps stand where Sam (Tom Hanks) finally meets Annie (Meg Ryan) in Sleepless in Seattle's romantic — yet completely unrealistic- final scenes. The Empire State Building is open until 2 am every night and the last lift climbs the 102-storeys at 1.15am.
