Ladies Night is back and bigger and better than before, says Nicky Hughes, organiser of this year's event.
This year, the fun is going to continue into the night, as local bar Dejavu will be holding their own Ladies Night with cocktails, drink specials and even a topless waiter on offer!
Nicky says the event at Dejavu is scheduled to start as the shopping event at the War Memorial Hall finishes. "So people don't need to head home, but can carry on with their girls night out, enjoying great music, great company and plenty of fun into the night."
With one dollar from each drink sold between 9pm and midnight at Dejavu being donated to the Koha Shed, Nicky says the fun night out comes with the added appeal of knowing you are helping a local charitable initiative.
"In the past, Ladies Night has had a door charge, the proceeds of which go to a local charity or group, this year we are asking shoppers bring a long life food item to donate to the Koha Shed. It is great that Dejavu has chosen to help support them as well."
