"It's all down to team work," says Kim and Zac Scown of Caffe Windsor Inglewood, winners of the Hospitality category of the TSB Top Shop Awards.
The couple are first time entrants in the awards process and say they are thrilled to be putting Inglewood on the map. "It is a real achievement to win the category considering the calibre of the other finalists," says Kim.
The staff, says Kim, are a big part of what makes the business so successful, "the team here do a great job of building relationships with the customers and providing them with an excellent level of service". She adds that the staff were all very determined to win.
Zac says the award has been celebrated by not only the staff but the Inglewood community as a whole.
As a business in Inglewood you are never standing alone, we have had a tremendous amount of support from the community and we couldn't have achieved this without them.
