Students from Stratford Primary witness a butterfly hatching

Students from Room 13 at Stratford Primary watched a butterfly hatching.

Room 13 students from Stratford Primary School witnessed a butterfly hatching a couple weeks ago.

Sonia Rova, teacher of the class, says the students watched in awe as the caterpillar turned into a chrysalis in front of them.

"Ten days later, the students got to watch the butterfly hatching out. There was lots of authentic learning and questions."
