SHAVE FOR A CAUSE
As previously reported on in the Stratford Press, Carol Thornton recently had her long hair donated to charity before having the remaining hair shaved as part of Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand's (LBC's) Shave for a Cure campaign. Carol's efforts have so far raised $1120 and some money is still coming in. "We still are collecting donations at the Taranaki Veterinary Centre so feel free to pop in and make a donation, it is going to a great cause."
