The new term brings a new location for SeniorNet Stratford, as they have now taken up residence at the Stratford Community House on Juliet Street.
"The room is fresh and bright and is easily accessible for everyone," says secretary and tutor Gordon Gibbons, adding that with plenty of parking outside, "there is no excuse not to come along and give it a go".
Course co-ordinator Peter Hartley, says becoming computer literate is important at all ages.
With computers you can keep up with family and friends, you can manage your banking and other business online and you can explore new hobbies such as digital photography.
Tutor Raewyn Rosser says she enjoys helping people learn new skills, and feels it is important to make sure she stays upskilled as new programmes and features come out. Computers aren't just for email and social media such as Facebook she adds, "you can play games such as cards online, it can become quite a social thing".
