The Inglewood Welfare Society is hoping to raise $250,000 to buy equipment for the new hospital wing which should be completed at the end of October.
A TET grant of $2.2 million has paid for the major development. The new wing will accommodate another 12 rooms and the older part of the hospital will undergo a refurbishment as well.
Denise will have her own lace dress which she wore in 1970 on show which her granddaughter Anina Loveridge will wear.
Her bridesmaid dress and her going away outfit will also be on display. "I am really looking forward to it — it's going to be a really great night out."
Brides Through the Ages is on September 1 at the Inglewood Town Hall from 7pm. Doors open at 6.30pm. The night will feature live music, drinks nibbles as well as cake. Tickets cost $30 and can be purchased from Fun Ho! Toys or email inglewoodwelfaresociety@gmail.com.
