Inglewood Cricket Club is holding its 125-year celebrations over the Waitangi Day weekend and invites current and former players and members to join the celebrations
The programme begins on Friday, February 6 at 1pm with bowls at the Inglewood Bowling Club. Registration for the cricket celebrations begins at 5pm at the clubrooms at Karo Park, with a wine and cheese evening and informal get-together at 7pm.
A premier cricket match begins at 10am the next day with a senior cricket match starting at 10.30am. A barbecue will run from 1pm onwards.
Dinner that evening at Plymouth Hotel, New Plymouth from 6pm, will feature a guest speaker, drinks from the bar and a jukebox playing after dinner.
Sunday, February 8 sees the Old Timers match against local cricketers at Karo Park from 10.30aam.
