Yachting: Barker third in Japan

Team New Zealand skipper Dean Barker finished third in the Nippon Cup in Japan.

Barker lost to Sweden's Magnus Holmberg 3-2 in the semfinals of the event, which is the third on the Swedish Match Tour.

Holmberg will now square off against Australian Peter Gilmour in the final.

Gilmour beat New Zealander Gavin Brady, also 3-2, in their semifinal clash.
