Former Wimbledon, US and French Open champion Tony Trabert has been named president of the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
The American amassed 11 titles in Grand Slam events.
In 1955, Trabert won the singles titles in France, Wimbledon and the US, earning him the world No 1 amateur ranking.
A Davis Cup team member from 1952 to 1955, Trabert was captain in 1953 and in 1976 to 1980, leading the US to two cup triumphs in 1978 and 1979.
