Rugby: Nonu gutted to miss clash with Tana

Hurricanes second five Ma'a Nonu feels he's done it tough as a one match ban turned into a three week stint on the sidelines.

The cancelled Crusaders game followed by a bye meant he missed playing against his mentor and mate Tana Umaga last weekend, which he says would have been a magic way to celebrate his 100th game for the 'Canes.

Nonu's set to return against the Blues this weekend.

He says he's not concerning himself with the fact that in his absence Sonny Bill Williams has been pushing his claims for the All Black number 12 jersey with the Crusaders.
