KEY POINTS:
David Nucifora, coach of the Blues
In the past we've seen Australian coaches struggling to gel their thinking with the Polynesian element in their squads. You only have to look at John Monie at the Warriors and Frank Arsego at the Breakers. What have you done, if anything, to make sure you're on the same page as your Polynesian players?
M Rangi, Whangarei
I am coach of a professional sporting team and all players have the same responsibilities and expectations. It is not an issue for me.
What is the biggest difference you've noticed between coaching NZ players and coaching Aussies?
M Norton, Auckland
At the Super 14 level there are not many differences between them.
There are far more similarities than differences. What do you think of the Brumbies players who led the player revolt two years ago?
T Brown, Mangere
It was four years ago and the Blues have occupied all my thinking time since then.
Would you ever coach the Brumbies again?
B Callaghan, Morrinsville
I have moved on to new challenges and am not one to look back.
If you could change one rule in rugby, what would it be?
S Gray, Tauranga
Definitely the confusion at the breakdown and around ruck and maul rulings.
Are the Wallabies too old to win the 2007 World Cup?
M Davis, Albany
It would be a brave person that would ask them that!
Will you apply for the job to coach the Wallabies?
L Dickenson, Rotorua
As a professional coach I never say never regarding any coaching roles.
NEXT WEEK: Greg O'Connor, president NZ Police Association
