Fullback Geordan Murphy and wing Mark Cueto will make their Lions test debuts as coach Clive Woodward made four changes to his side for Saturday's third rugby test against the All Blacks here.
All four changes were in the backline, with five-eighths Jonny Wilkinson and Gavin Henson both ruled out
with shoulder injuries, and wings Jason Robinson and Shane Williams dropped.
There are two positional switches, with Josh Lewsey moving from fullback to left wing and captain Gareth Thomas moving in one place to second five-eighth alongside centre Will Greenwood.
Ireland's Murphy and England's Cueto forced their way in after playing in the 17-13 win over Auckland on Tuesday.
Wales' Stephen Jones returns to the No 10 jersey for Wilkinson, with Ronan O'Gara taking his spot on the bench.
Woodward named an unchanged forward pack, with prop Gethin Jenkins cleared to play after being in doubt with an ankle injury.
