"No, none," said Doyle. "They've said in different reports that there was a December 1 clause but that is not the case.
"We're not in any rush so we'll just wait and see and take it at the pace they want to go at.
"We don't want to put too much pressure on them either. The most important thing is to get the right outcome."
Foran's Auckland-based solicitor Don Mackinnon described reports of a get-out clause as "complete fiction" and shared Doyle's confidence that the NRL would give the former Manly and Parramatta playmaker's playing return the green light.
"It's simply not the case," said Mackinnon. "The Warriors have been very good in terms of their goal in getting Kieran registered and they're going to work with us to do our very best to get that across the line and we're confident we will."
Foran is currently in Auckland and will be making frequent trips back and forth across the Tasman in the coming weeks as he searches for a new home and prepares to make the shift fulltime before Warriors preseason training begins on November 1.
Warriors hooker and Foran's former New Zealand test teammate Issac Luke believes the move will be a positive one and is excited about what he can add to the Warriors already star-studded team.
Luke is looking forward to catching up with Foran tomorrow and is eager to check on his well-being.
"It's going to be good for him," said Luke. "I think I'll get to see him tomorrow and get a feed with him just to see where he's at because you don't want to see any of your mates go through that.
"But in saying that, he's in a great place right now and to be able to come home and to be able to play with the likes of Shaun Johnson and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Benny Matulino, and obviously the team that we have, and to put him in there, it's going to be all good."
