NRL: Former Warriors skipper Ryan Hoffman to retire at end of season

Former Warriors captain Ryan Hoffman will retire at the end of the NRL season.

The 34-year-old back-rower, who has played 319 NRL games across 16 seasons, will finish at the end of the Melbourne Storm's campaign.

Hoffman returned to the Storm this year after three seasons and 60 games for the Warriors, including a season as captain in 2016.

He also played 14 State of Origin games for New South Wales and six tests for the Kangaroos.
