Warriors managing director Jim Doyle says Foran has been back to Sydney eight or nine times since joining the club late last year.
"Maybe twice, they've taken his phone from him so it's not an issue from our point of view," Doyle said.
"I spoke to them and they said it's because of the ongoing investigation and his association in the past with Eddie Hayson."
Doyle noted that Foran had spent seven hours with the NRL integrity unit and he said the player was not under any investigation."It's just that every now and again when he goes in, a red flag comes up and they stop him and asked him a few things," he said.
"We've actually spoken to them and they've said they're going to take his name off the list because there's nothing more to ask him"So I would imagine the next time we're go back, nothing will happen."
The Warriors next cross the Tasman for their match against the Canberra Raiders on April 15.
