A 14-8 win over the Sydney Roosters at Ericsson Stadium has the Warriors eyeing their first-ever NRL finals appearance.
The Warriors were again too good for their higher-placed opponents, scoring two tries to one to rack up their fourth consecutive win.
It was the Roosters who scored first in the wet conditions, with a converted try to Craig Wing.
Ivan Cleary slotted a penalty to get the Warriors on the scoreboard, before the Roosters' Craig Fitzgibbon replied with a penalty to restore their six-point lead.
The Warriors then fought back with a try to Shontayne Hape, closing the score to 8-6.
It remained that way until three minutes into the second half, the Warriors grabbing the lead with a Stacey Jones try after Wairangi Koopu split the Sydney defence.
Jones converted his own try to give the home side a 12-8 lead and kicked another penalty eleven minutes later to secure the winning margin.
The Warriors now have only to win one of their remaining two matches, away to Melbourne next week and at home against North Queensland in the last round, to guarantee a place in the finals series.
