Canterbury and Auckland remain atop the Farah Palmer Cup after both provinces notched solid victories this weekend.
Canterbury beat Counties Manukau 32-17 in a rematch of last year's final, while Auckland thrashed Manawatu 50-26. Wellington moved into third, ahead of Counties, after beating Waikato 50-31.
In the Championship, Otago thrashed a hapless North Harbour side 90-0, while Hawke's Bay romped past Tasman 55-5. Northland beat Taranaki 22-12 in a battle between two lower-table sides.
