The Kenyan parliament has passed an anti-doping bill that ensures the African nation will be allowed to compete at the Rio Olympics.
The long-awaited bill makes it a criminal offence in some cases to use or supply performance-enhancing drugs to athletes.
The bill only requires the signature of the Kenyan President to come into force.
WADA had set Kenya a May 2 deadline to pass the bill or face being declared non-compliant with its anti-doping code which could have led to Kenyan athletes being banned from the Olympics.
