Manawatu's Tim Wilkinson has continued his solid form on the PGA Tour at the Travelers Championship in Connecticut.

After opening with a four-under 66 yesterday, the left-hander followed up with a two-under 68 today and is in a share of 13th at six-under for the tournament.

Wilkinson is five strokes back from leader Scott Langley (-11), while fellow Kiwi Danny Lee missed the cut by two shots after he carded a one-under 69 in his second round.

Meanwhile, on the second-tier Tour, Hamilton's Steven Alker missed the cut by one shot at the Air Capital Classic in Kansas.

Alker, who won during his last start on tour at the Cleveland Open two weeks ago, fired a one-over 71 during his second round.
