Willie Swann has been confirmed as the Auckland Vulcans' new coach for next year's New South Wales Cup.
Swann replaces Ricky Henry, who was last month named as one of the Warriors' two assistant NRL coaches.
Brent Gemmell, who coached the Vulcans two years ago, will work alongside Swann as an assistant coach.
Swann has earned his third coaching promotion this year. In February he was appointed Warriors development coach following Henry's departure to coach the Vulcans and last month the former Warriors player was named as the Junior Warriors' assistant coach. The Vulcans are a feeder club for the Warriors.
