Cycling: Javier Otxoa's condition improving

Spanish cyclist rider Javier Otxoa has opened his eyes for the first time since an accident last month which left him in a coma and killed his twin brother, Ricardo.

Otxoa has also begun to move both arms and has shown an improvement in his level of consciousness at the Carlos Haya Hospital in Malaga. Both cyclists were hit by a car while training on a road near Malaga.
