Chamberlain posted his opponents 'CV' in the Hackney Gazette titled in bold captials "WORK WANTED".
In the 'About Me' section Chamberlain took aim at Okolie's "matchstick legs".
"At 6'5, stacking shelves is not a problem but my matchstick legs can't carry much weight," it read.
The CV also takes aim at Okolie for working at McDonald's before making it into the Great Britain Olympic boxing squad.
Under 'Previous Experience' it read: "Three consecutive 'employee of the month' awards. First person to do a triple flip with a buger patty. Only employee to give out extra sauce".
Chamberlain also used Ronald McDonald as a reference for Okolie which said, "was nice to have another clown around".
Unsurprisingly Chamberlain was most pleased with his efforts and posed for photos with the newspaper advert.
He boasts a record of nine wins with zero losses and four knock-outs, while Okolie has seven wins with zero losses and six knock-outs.
