Aussie cricket star Steve Smith has proven he's got all the skills on the pitch, but clearly none off it.
The Rajasthan Royals skipper released a video on Instagram singing a song during his downtime in the United Arab Emirates with the caption "All I need to see. A bit of practice in my downtime here in Dubai. Need plenty more work though."
That much is true.
Can he actually sing? The answer is a resounding no, similar to what you'd hear if the top order batsman had just smashed a drive straight to a cover fieldsman.
To put it bluntly, his singing voice is as smooth as 40 grit sandpaper.
Reposted to the Alternative Cricket Commentary's Facebook, the video has received plenty of criticism.
"Thanks mate, now the kids are crying," one Facebook user joked, while another commented, "Just when you thought 2020 couldn't get any worse.."
Smith joins a long list of cricketers trying their luck at music.
His effort probably ranks slightly below the efforts of South Africa's AB de Villiers who released a banger-free 14-track album in 2010.
Chris Gayle, as UniverseBoss, produced a single with Avina Shah last year called Groove.
Aussie fast bowler Brett Lee was also in a band called Six & Out who released a single called Can't Bowl, Can't Throw.
