Is concern over Anthropic’s Mythos real or just hype?

Concern that Anthropic’s new AI model Mythos could enable hackers is examined in The Milford Report on Herald NOW Business with Grace O’Hanlon, Milford’s Sustainable Investment Specialist. Alarm over Mythos arose after it found vulnerabilities in every major operating system it tested leading to fears that the tool - which is yet to be released to the public - could be used more rapidly by a lot more people to initiate cyber-attacks. Now, Anthropic has formulated Project Glasswing to test Mythos itself against a selected group of companies ranging from government organisations to financial and cyber-security firms.
