Strata-titled floors of a $40 million office park planned for land alongside Ellerslie Racecourse are being sold before construction starts.
Colliers International agent John Davies said three floors in the proposed four-building Ascot Office Park development had already been sold.
Developer Landplan will build the campus-style office park, accessed from Ascot Ave beside the Novotel Hotel, as well as a serviced apartment project alongside.
Four four-level office blocks with 610sq m floors are planned for the site, where building work is about to start and scheduled to be finished by the third quarter of next year.
Colliers is marketing floors in the blocks to investors in its latest portfolio of properties for sale.
Davies was marketing the project at Barfoot & Thompson but brought it with him when he shifted to Colliers.
He is also selling part of the historic Landmark House on Queen St. Two adjoining strata titled office areas on level one of the building are being sold as one parcel.
The area is rented out for $73,600 annually.
