1)Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2) Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3) The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to APN NZ Media, publishers of Driven and not to Facebook.

5) To enter the promotion, entrants must comment on the Facebook link to the article "MOTAT looks back through NZ's motoring history" on www.facebook.com/DrivenNZ and correctly answer the question in the article by posting in the comments section ("Eligible Entrants").

6)Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry. Any subsequent entry after the first valid entry received from an eligible entrant will be invalid.

7) Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8) Promotion commences at 5pm Monday 16th December, 2013 and will finish at 12pm on Monday 6th January, 2014 ("Promotional Period").

9) The prize will be drawn at random on Monday 6th January 2014 from all valid entries submitted.

10)The winner will be notified by Facebook message. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

11) There are five (5) prizes to give away which includes a FAMILY PASS TO MOTAT ("Prize").

12) Any cost incurred to attend the event or additional costs at the event are at the winner's expense.

13) The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14) The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

15) The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

16)Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
