A musician accused of a raft of sexual offences appeared in the Wellington District Court this morning.
The 24-year-old man, whose name suppression was extended at his appearance yesterday, faces several charges including sexual violation and indecent assault against a number of complainants over three years.
The man has defendedthe charges since January last year.
He appeared before Judge Peter Hobbs for a pre-trial hearing and will reappear for callover on March 8.
The man's charges relate to Operation Emerald, the ongoing police investigation into sexual offending against men and women in Wellington, begun in October 2020.
