Woodham also spoke about how difficult it had been dealing with Covid lockdowns.
"I didn't want to run, I didn't want to walk around the same bloody block that I'd been walking around for the last 18 months.
"I've got a million excuses."
Street said when you're in a slump it's easy to forget what motivated you in the first place.
"Kerre was inspired and dedicated enough to run multiple marathons, yet she still had to read her own book again, to get her mojo back."
She also noted that the type of exercise you enjoy may change over your life, adding we're not built to be 'on' all the time.
"If we can make peace with that, then we'll be a lot more content."
