"I can't stand the gym, never have liked the gym, have never really been a member of a gym, don't like doing weights or anything, so I find the easiest way to exercise is when I literally can just put shoes on and go out the door and go for a run.
"I put my headphones in with my music and it's the only time when no one talks to me, so that's part of the reason why I run so much is for the exercise but also for the peaceful quiet time."
Street said Coe reminded her that you don't need to thrash yourself doing exercise you don't enjoy as it's hard to be consistent if you aren't enjoying it.
Also, it's important to not overthink it, and half an hour spare is enough time to fit a workout in.
"Chuck your gear on, and just get out the door. That way there's no time for your mind to talk you out of it."
