A warrant has been issued to arrest the owner of a giant inflatable slide which collapsed and injured six children.
Eric Gerritsen, 51, failed to appear in the Hamilton District Court this morning, after failing to appear last month as well.
He was today found guilty of obstructing a heath and safety inspector investigating the February collapse.
Judge Garry Collin said Gerritsen had without reasonable excuse delayed WorkSafe's investigation.
