A 14-year-old unlicensed driver is not denying charges over the deaths of two teenage passengers after he crashed a stolen car fleeing police in Masterton.
In the Masterton Youth Court today, the boy stated "not denied" to the charges. This means the boy may now go to a family groupconference, where he will have a chance to admit the charges.
He also stated "not denied" to a raft of driving and theft charges relating to the crash, plus historical charges to other crimes.
