The victim of a fatal crash in New Plymouth yesterday was local man Wallace Noel Flay.
The 39-year-old died when the ute he was travelling in was involved in a crash with a light truck and a cyclist on State Highway 3, Bell Block around 9am.
Flay died at the
scene while the cyclist and the truck driver were assessed by St John medical staff.
In a statement, police said their thoughts are with Flay's friends and family.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
