Truck crash blocks Lewis Pass

A major South Island highway is closed after a truck crash this morning.

The Lewis Pass is blocked in both directions after a trucked rolled near Goings Creek Bridge about 6am.

Police said the driver was uninjured in the crash.

Work was under way to clear the road but there was no indication when the road might reopen. No diversion were available.
