The Herald on Sunday is asking tourists over summer about the highlights and lowlights of their trip to New Zealand - and whether they think they'll be back.

Length of stay? "Seven weeks we arrived two weeks ago."
Parts of New Zealand you're visiting? "Auckland, then we're heading around the South Island."
Is this your first visit to New Zealand? "No, it's our fourth.
We have a daughter who lives in Waitakere."
Will you come again? "Definitely."
What are you enjoying most about your visit? "It's a beautiful place and the slower pace of life."
What did you like least? "The weather has been a bit of a disappointment and the mosquitoes. But it's nice to be here you've seen the snow we've been having back home."
What is your impression of New Zealanders? "People are very friendly. One thing we've found strange is people walking around in bare feet in the pouring rain."
What is New Zealand best known for? "The All Blacks, sheep and I love the butter."
Are you aware of the major sporting event happening here next year? If so, who do you think will win? "The World Cup. If we had Jonny Wilkinson it would be us, but because we don't, I think it might be New Zealand."
Who's NZ's head of state? "The Queen."
What have you done in New Zealand that you've never done or experienced before? "We've been to a Maori night and on previous trips we swam with the dolphins and visited the thermal pools in Rotorua."
If you could take one thing home with you from New Zealand what would it be? "We would like to take the laid-back attitude. And we could do with a bloody deluge of that back home."
What do you think about prices in New Zealand: "Petrol is expensive. Since we were here four years ago things have doubled in price."
