Organic waste reused to grow flowers

Scarecrow is famous for its gorgeous seasonal menu and its grocery stocked with unique organic products. Their large open dining room has beautiful views out to Albert Park, making this the perfect spot for a delicious meal. The organic waste from the kitchens is composted and used to grow the flowers for Scarecrow's on-site florist, who creates gorgeous bouquets for every occasion.
