Teen airlifted to hospital after cycle crash

A 17 year old's been airlifted to hospital with head injuries after coming off his bike at Waimarama in Hawke's Bay.

The teen's front tyre hit a stone on a rural road while he was cycling downhill with a group.

He's been taken to Hawke's Bay Regional Hospital for further treatment.
