Save Another suspicious blaze has broken out in an abandoned apartment block in central Christchurch.
A fire service spokeswoman said six crews and a turntable unit fought the fire in the six-storey building in Hereford St early today.
She said the fire broke out at 3.15am and took two hours
to extinguish.
It was being treated as suspicious.
