Video: Spectacular footage of a dam removal. "For 98 years, the 125-foot high Condit Dam in Washington State held back the White Salmon River, creating a serene lake, but choking off the waterway to salmon. This month, the dam was dramatically breached in the hope that the move will restore the waterway to fish." The time lapse at the end is incredible. More at National Geographic.
