Drat, foiled again A thief attempted to rob a Subway restaurant in Olympia, Washington stuffing the loot into a bag with a large dollar sign drawn on it, like an old-timey cartoon thief. David Lingfelter reportedly entered the Subway wearing a white hat and a red bandana around his face, and held his hand in his pocket, pretending to have a gun. The 20-year-old then warned the cashier not to "do anything funny". He swiped US$100 ($132) and a female employee's cellphone, but was caught and is being held in the Thurston County jail, presumably awaiting delivery of a cake concealing a large file, which he will then use to escape.
